4. Bending and twisting are mainly due to improper membrane hole design, improper lubrication, excessive extrusion speed or improper guide path.
5. Bubbles and peeling. This is mainly the problem of the squeeze cylinder. The gap between the squeeze cylinder and the squeeze pad is too large, the inner wall of the squeeze cylinder is worn out, and the squeeze cylinder/squeeze pad is stuck with oil and water; aluminum rods are oil stains on the surface, trachoma and pores on the surface, the temperature of the extrusion cylinder and the aluminum rod are too high; the extrusion die has oil stains, etc.

7. Scratches or ribs, mold workbench is dirty, there are foreign objects; mold work has defects; mold empty knife has sharp spikes; aluminum rods have hard impurities or impurities block the mold holes.
8. Extrusion horizontal lines due to the unreasonable mold design, the working belts of the same part are not of equal length; the extrusion speed is improperly controlled; the extruder is not running smoothly and other reasons.
9. Tail shrinkage. It is caused by reasons such as excessively short extrusion residue, oily or dirty extrusion gasket, unclean surface of the ingot, insufficient cutting length of the product, and sudden increase of the extrusion speed at the end of the extrusion.
